questions for book

i’m in the writing process of a book and have begun the research phase which will be inclusive of information gathering through reworked philsophical questions.

what i’m attempting to do is rephrase age old philosophical questions (of course these ultimately touch on theological issues) so that i might be able to gather an accurate picture of the current climate of thought in our day. i would love any feedback on these questions and certainly would love to hear what comes to mind when forming an answer to these questions.

here goes:

metaphysics- big questions (why am i here, where did i come from, what is the reason i exist?)

epistemology- (how can i know what is true, why should i care?)

ethics- specifically social ethics (why do we treat each other the way we do, how should i treat another?)

morality- (where does the notion of right/wrong come from, why should i care?)

aesthetics- beauty (what is beautiful, how do we know, is it in the eye of the beholder, how do you define beauty?)

would love to hear some feeback on these questions if anyone is so inclined

fire away!
