We are sitting in a coaching session as Bob Logan helps us to understand how important it is for us to ask good questions. This stuff is golden. I have definitely fallen into the trap of assuming I can provide most answers to most questions rather than assisting others to discover these answers on their own while helping to guide them through asking sigifnicant and important questions.
